1) Do any of these products contain Latex?
a. All Nurses Choice products are latex free.
2) Is it possible to order less than a full case?
a. At Nurses Choice we realize that hospitals and medical facilities have different needs and therefore will allow customers to order half cases on most items. This option is not available for customized orders.
3) How will my order ship?
a. We ship all bulk case orders FedEx Ground, however we are able to ship through any carrier if a customer requests a different shipping method. If you would like to use your own shipping number (either through FedEx or UPS) please call our customer service line at 1-800-747-7076 to place the order over the phone and relay your shipping information. Please note: small pack orders or less than case quantity will ship via USPS.
4) What is the process for placing a custom logo order?
a. Custom orders can be placed over the phone or online.
i. To place a reorder please just specify in the notes or on the phone which of your logos you would like to use and we will process your request immediately.
ii. If this is an order for a new logo you will need to email the logo file to [email protected] along with your contact information. We will then translate your image into a printed logo and send it to you for approval. We do not produce any orders until you have approved the logo. Once the logo is approved your order will be put into production and shipped out as quickly as possible.
5) What is your return policy?
a. Every Nurses Choice item comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the quality or size of the product you order you can return or exchange within 30 days. A small restocking fee may apply.
